Ok With Being Not Ok
It's ok to not be ok sometimes. In fact, it's real and healthy. Inevitably, there will be situations that arise and seasons of life where you are simply not ok and that is alright. That doesn't make you a bad mom or wife or friend. It doesn't make you weak or negative or a Debbie Downer. It makes you human. You will face challenges and things won't always jive. You won't always love everything. Get comfortable with that feeling. Embrace the discomfort, don't run from it. Allow the discomfort to guide you. Perhaps this period of not being ok could be the perfect catalyst for change. Maybe it will inspire you to rearrange priorities or schedules or even your lifestyle in a way that is sorely needed but previously unknown. Maybe that would be a good thing. Maybe it could be awesome.
Try get clarity around the feeling so you can paint a complete picture of what is happening energetically. Get clear on the problem and then work tirelessly towards a solution. For me, this means that I spend a lot of time in meditation and going on sweaty runs. Maybe for you it means quiet knitting time or cooking a delicious meal. However you disconnect to reconnect, do it. Then listen and act.
It is ok to not be ok.
